Bruxism
Bruxism is a condition in which you grind your teeth hard against each other (grinding your teeth). If you have this symptom, you involuntarily make similar movements during the day or night (sleep bruxism).
Sleep bruxism is considered a sleep-related movement disorder. People who grind their teeth at night also often have other sleep disorders, such as snoring and pauses in breathing (sleep apnea).
